My experience with Cielo has been fairly good, my only criticism is that when the bar stools were assembled there was no direction to which was the front of the stool or the back and on securing the seat to the legs one of the bolts extended into the travel of the seat cushion, luckily I saw it promptly and turned the bolt out otherwise the bolt would have protruded through the seating material in actual fact, the material is still stretched in that area.
