Moving bed

Delivery of my date keeps moving: first it was late September, then early October and now it’s mid-November. Total lack of professionalism, I am not updated on the ETA, I am the one who keeps checking the webpage for updates. If this is how you treat your customers, the give me my money back, you’re not the only store that sells wooden beds, plus you delivery fees are exorbitant!
