Most Horrid Online Experience ever had - terrible products as well

HORRID EXPERIENCE. Do actually not even know where to start. Delivered a faulty bed. Spent 7 hours setting it up to realise the frame given has faulty sections. Tried to take it back to branch, they refused to take it saying it is an online purchase and has to be returned via courier. They said they will arrange courier. It is now three weeks with no pickup, everyday the same promises that it will be picked up and ZERO action taken. Considering throwing the bed on the steps of a branch and making a ***** charge at the bank for the money paid. The single most horrible online shopping experience we have ever had.
