****MED , NO REFUND , DIDNT RECEIVE ITEM ORDERED

Ordered and Paid for Bristol outdoor patio unit in July 2023, Incorrect item delivered End October 2023, Notified Cielo , they advised they have no stock until new year to fulfill correct order, completely unacceptable. They only reply to emails a couple of weeks later. Requested full refund and collection of the incorrect unit they delivered, however they refuse to collect and refund! I am referring them to the NCR and ombudsman. Be careful , they seem shady and to be ****sters with consumers money. Quality of their items are cheap and nasty!
