Mattress return
I purchased a mattress online from Cielo Baywest Port Elizabeth with the assurance that I could return it if dod nit suit me. Unfortunately it did not and they agreed to refund me in FULL. I was assisted by Inez Forbes throughout the returns procedure. She is extremely competent and professional and made the return process a piece of cake.
