Love the furniture. Not happy with the delivery

I absolutely love my purchase. But I am not entirely happy with the delivery process. The furniture is delivered in cardboard boxes (which is fantastic to protect the furniture) but, because Cielo uses a third part delivery company, the furniture is not unboxed nor assembled. It took me and a friend over 4 hours to unbox the sofa and put the legs on because the base plates were misaligned with the holes for the *****s. It’s the purchaser’s responsibility to unbox, assemble and dispose of the boxes. It would be wonderful if Cielo could offer a service whereby delivery includes assembly and removal of all packaging.
