Lounge Suite
I am really disappointed in Cielo. I spent thousands of Rands on a lounge suite that is supposed to last me for years. I have complained before and the couch was replaced. Now we have the exact same problem and all the couches are peeling. Leather is not supposed to do that and we treat it on a weekly basis! I am tired of this back and forth. Why are the couches peeling like this?

Such problems can occur due to various reasons, and could range from manufacturing defects in the material or abrasive cleaning chemicals etc. We have also escalated this problem to the leather tannery and manufacturer to ensure this does not happen with any future batches.
