I recently bought bedside tables from Cielo, and was most impressed with the way the customer fulfillment manager Tarryn handled my queries and collection requests, and the way she followed up until the very end, when a voucher was redeemed. Online buying is one thing ; getting superb (human !) management and company follow up on something as logistically complex as furniture, is quite another !
