Laurence Corner Couch-Mocha

Bought Laurence corner couch-mocha in October, upon delivery it the headrests were not working. I immediately communicated the issues with the couch headrests and my complaint was only attended in February. Subsequently the couch was fetch for refurbished or fixing of headrest at Wheco Group.And it was delivered back, upon unwrapping the couch with the hope the headrests were working, they weren't not working at all instead the couch had crumbs and bit dusty, at the back of another headrest the cover is thorn.

Frankly I trusted Cielo but now I'm skeptical of making any other purchase after this experience.
