Lack of customer focus and commitment.

Bought jagger couches for over R30 000 but soon after stitches started coming off. I've fallen out of love with them and do not want them repaired but exhanged, however the assistant Dayyannah is insisting on upholstery services with a query logged over a month ago. Several calls and email exhange have been made with absolutely no assistance to date and now I'm sitting with couches i do not love or want anymore. Dissapointed extremely with services rendered or lack thereof.
