Items are counterfit, you will use it for 13 months and thats it.

We bought a bed frame from cielo, and guess wat 15 months into using the product we notuced that it is broken wen where where doing a spring cleaning due to lockdown, and we reported it to them and guess what the warranty period is 12 months and the can not replace it cause its out of warranty but clearly the material started to detaching long before their warrantee period is over and imagine this a ***** frame.

If you planning to buy a ***** from them i would advise not (personal disclaimer and my views baser on the response i received from them) i am definitely not buying anything with them and considering the fact that even the storr manager knows us at table bay its a shame.

Thats how regularly customers are treated there and our next was ottoman so i guess we have to move our business elsewhere and now i am going to check for any defect on the couches we bought to see if i cant find a fault just before 12months
