Incredible customer service

I bought 3 bar chairs (beautiful design at the most affordable price) but one of the chairs lost 2 of its rubber stoppers somehow (probably a guest riding on the chair). I reached out to their support asking if they stock the stoppers, and without my prompting they organised to have 4 new stoppers delivered to me without extra cost. They phoned me twice to make sure I received their email communication and sent them the photos they needed. WOW! Super impressed with the service.
