I have never experienced such bad customer service. Still awaiting an incomplete order pre-Covid and didn’t get assembly parts for a desk. So can’t assemble it. You are lucky if they ever get back to you. Quick to take the money, terrible at delivering and follow up. Will never ever support them again.
