I was extremely impressed with the service that I have received from the Cielo Customer Service desk. I had 2 different returns logged (which were assigned to Noma and Nosi). In both cases the communication from the customer support service was friendly, professional and clear. I knew exactly what to do and I was kept informed of the progress and status at all times, and in both cases the support desk followed up with me even after the call was completed successfully. This certainly contributed to me having had a pleasant shopping experience at Cielo and I will gladly recommend Cielo to my friends, not only for the great furniture but also for the excellent service that I have received from the support desk!
