“I promise it will be there”

I purchased a bed base and headboard along with two pedestals.. I was promised delivery for Friday. I called them on the Thursday to confirm delivery as I had made arrangements for my current bed set to be moved. They promised twice to call me back which never happened.. eventually I called them again and they said it won’t be coming on Friday.. maybe Monday or Tuesday which I told them I won’t be here! If I didn’t call they had no intentions of calling me to let me know it isn’t coming! Completely unprofessional and bunch of *****!! Would never recommend them to anyone!! I absolutely regret ordering from them! Will see if it comes on Monday or Tuesday.
