Horrifying service

WOW this is insane. I bought a Henna headboard and base. Instead they delivered incorrect headboard color and a smaller base instead of a queen I called the tablebay branch explained and they told me to send images which I did an the lady escalated to Dayyanah. 3 days of no response after my escalation I called Dayyanah told me I need to package both items both to original packages and let them know so that they can send someone to collect.

I asked where is my base and headboard, she told me they still need to check if they have stock in a mean while I can sleep on the floor.

They failing to understand that this is not a RETURN, this is there fault and someone needs to be accountable for it. I have tried so hard top push them to collect the items because I do not want any mistakes that will cost me.

Till this day I do not have the items I purchased and they have not communicated with me.

I still however have their Items
