Horrible service

#55430 this is my 23rd day without my money back, I do not have anywhere to sit and watch tv coz Cielo’s service is horrible. Now apparently I have to wait 7-10 working days for my money to be processed and paid back but if they have really processed my documents coz the last time they confirmed urgent collection, the collection was done 7days later
