Horrible service

Since our first experience the sales person had no product knowledge, cant communicate properly, ie: tells me the quote will be 6 days.. I said no man I dont want to wait 6 or 7 days we will come back to buy the lounge tomorrow. Got there, sorry lounge is now 6000 more due to we did not take the quote...so he then explain the quote stands for 7 days. Due to no quote the 21 days special now is 6000 rand more. Long story short... Bought a lot of stuff, they delivered the Saturday.. Handyman put all together, another cost to us. Then the bolts are missing, phoned them..the first response are u sure sir? I bought new bolts from Builders...back home they phoned I must come collect from sales floor they found the bolts. Then we notice a round chalk mark with an arrow to a damaged piece on the couch. After two weeks they replaced the couch but with a brown colour instead of charcoal. We have phoned all necessary managers...its four days and still no rectification. Shame on you!!!!! Its my wife's birthday and all family come to us. Not nice at all.....
