Horrible customer service!

Unfortunately we could not select zero stars, as this is what Cielo deserves. There customer service really sucks! We ordered a bed on 06/09/2024, after 2 weeks got a bed delivered with a broken leg. Made already numerous phonecalls and mails to get a new bed or a new leg. Still waiting! They have no clue about customer service, lie, promise everything they can’t deliver, in short this purchase becomes a nightmare. A good advise, don’t buy anything from Cielo because if you read the reviews we are not the first dissatisfied customer and probably not the last!
