I always read reviews and I always tend to do a in depth research of a company I want to buy from. I saw a lot of negative reviews but this did not stop me buying from Cielo. I made a purchase for a recliner and was pleasantly surprised to get an excellent response from Cielo. Received my tracking in a few days and not long after received my item. The recliner was excellent and communication was great from them.
