We have only bought our furniture from Cielo over the last few years after having a disappointing experience with another well-known store. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and the service matches it. We recently bought an L-shaped couch online because there wasn't one in the store. I was hesitant because we have not sat on it, but it was awesome! When the back cushions started sagging after a few months (feathers), I contacted Cielo, who immediately contacted the manufacturer, and they were there within days to replace the inners with a firmer material. Speed, no fuss, no questions asked. 10/10 to Cielo.
