Great turnaround time in resolving Mbali
they said that customer care will be in contact with 48hrs and i was expecting to wait as i do with other companies, but Mbali was quick and to the point, we were expecting to be refunded after 14 days as your terms and conditions state this but she was really quick and kept us informed. It's a real pity I needed the money but we will purchase from Cielo again in the future and would love to be helped by you Mbali
