Great service - went above and beyond for 0 money
I bought a Viscopedic dual bed wedge in March 2018. It is a great product but had a flaw, it was impossible to get the cover off because the zip was too small.
After many surface washes is got grubby and needed a fully wash in the washing machine. I emailed them to ask how to get the cover off and they rep**** saying I must try my hardest and if it tears I can send it in. It tore.
They got a courier to fetch the wedge and torn cover, manufactured a new cover with a bigger zip and couriered it back to - all for free!
Great service all round and very pleased with the outcome. Well done and thanks!
