Great Service, Good Bed, ******* MATRESSES!!!!

SERVICE: From my initial inquiries (with Maruschka for the white storage bunk bed) until the order was received I was just met with professionalism, efficiency, friendliness & overall great service! Delivery time promised was kept to.<br> BED: Quite good quality. My sons are loving it! Took us 6 hours to put together. *shock* :)<br> MATTRESSES: The ONLY thing I really have a problem with is the absolutely ******* polyfoam mattresses that were sent. I was told they would be suitable for kids up to the age of 5-6 years. My 2-year old son slept on his mattress for only 2 days and there was already a dent in the mattress where it didn't 'bounce back'. If I lie on the mattress I might as well lie directly on the floor. I didn't expect top quality foam, but I also did not expect thin matresses that aren't even as 'full' as bath sponges! They cost me R800. Had I known that were such poor quality I would rather have left them and spent that R800 towards getting halfway decent matresses!
