Great service from customer care
Cielo's customer care really turned around an unpleasant moment. I had two returns which Sune Nel assisted me with very ably. She even advised that I could collect straight from the warehouse to avoid delivery charges. When I returned the product, my credit reflected on the same day and I was able to choose something else in the store. Really great service.
