Great service from Cielo
I needed to return the product because it didn’t fit into the space I had allocated for it: entirely my fault. I was reimbursed in full, and was guided through the process by the very professional customer care agent, Siphokazi Shumpa, who was informative and responded promptly. I was very impressed.
