Great Service but long wait

Really love the products and recently made a number of purchases from Cielo. Not all Iiems were suitable but they did collect the items (after many weeks) and refund me. The refund process was very well managed with many follow up emails. We also ordered a bed with a 6 week delivery time and after 6 weeks received a call to say they had run out of the fabric and it was going to take another month at least to manufacture! This matter is still to be settled. Unacceptabke.
