Great service at Cielo

I ordered a wall clock from Cielo. It was delivered broken. While I was disappointed to receive a broken product after a long wait, I was pleased with the speedy and professional service I received. Renuschka Erasmus was my point of contact. She arranged for collection of the broken wall clock and made a special arrangement for me to collect a brand new clock at the Cielo warehouse. Renushka was professional and courteous and checked even after collection of the new product that I was happy.
