Great service after initial frustration

I tried to order a product on the Cielo Lifestyle website but the ecash/payment option was not working at all. I used the onsite webmail form to request help. The first agent simply told me to keep trying as the website was supposed to be working. So no joy and some frustration until agent two: Maruschka contacted me and offered to invoice the old-fashioned way. EFT done and the product was at my door within 24 hours. I am very happy and pleasantly surprised at a salesperson going the extra mile to overcome an obvious IT-related issue and come up with a Win-Win solution.
