Honestly had the best experience with Cielo. My order was processed and delivered in less than 5 working days. I was a bit anxious about them as a first-time customer, but was pleasantly surprised. I would just like to make a suggestion that you update orders online as soon as they are dispatched - the delivery company phoned me regarding my delivery, but the tracking information was only updated online once my furniture was delivered.
