Great products. Poor client service
We enjoyed our shopping experience at Cielo and the lady helping us was helpful and explained items on sale in terms of color and what was available in stock and explaining the fine print of sale items. However when we were paying the catch was delivery times and delivery costs despite the money spent eg no free delivery on purchases over a certain price or within a certain km range. Also the delivery guy are just that delivery guys. Then another team the assembly will come 3-5 working days later. Also at a fee. These 2 reasons: the delivery turn around time and fee as well as assembling turnaround time and fee are why I wont be shopping my with them. We just bought a house and we thank God we didn't throw away or give away out old furniture as would be sleeping and sitting on the floor till now.
