Great products but even better after sales service

After much online searching to find a great patio furniture set at a great price, my wife and I found Cielo Lifestyle. Their website was professional, easy to navigate and had great pictures and information in order to make an online purchase. Once purchased there were some issues around stock availability for the colour so the only area for improvement could be to ensure more regular website updates. I immediately assumed that like most online and retail stores, the after sales service would be poor to non-existent. I was pleasantly surprised once I got chatting to Maruschka Brown, the Cielo Lifestyle sales consultant. She quickly spoke with her superiors to organize the colour I had ordered and managed to find one last set. Next was for the courier company to deliver the set. Once again I had some issues trying to get an estimated time of delivery and once again I thought it was out of Cielo Lifestyle's hands. Even though I wasn't able to get hold of the courier company via any channel, Maruschka had worked her magic and I got a call to say delivery was taking that same day. This is what makes all the difference, superior after sales service! Thank you Maruschka!
