Great feedback and follow-up on incomplete Delivery
I ordered 2 x bed bases from Cielo via an OneDayOnly offer. When the bed bases were delivered, one was incomplete. I contacted customer service, I received frequent feedback from Cielo, who kept me up to date with progress on missing parts and tracking information and the missing parts was delivered today. The product is beautiful and of great quality.
