Great customer service on returns

I had purchased bar chairs from cielo and after 2 days of them being delivered I noticed that one was faulty.I contacted cielo and was assisted promptly by Renuschka Erasmus who expalined the process.The process was so quick and swift considering that I had already discarded the packaging of the original delivery.Cielo sent me packaging materials to package the chair for return and collected the chair and delivered another chair in exchange for that one.The whole process took 6 working days which was so impressive.Thank you to the cielo team and Renuschka ☺
