Great Aftersales customer service

Bought a bed a few months ago, and it randomly started making squeaky sounds a few weeks ago. Cielo staff were able to assist me and get someone to assess the problem & fix. Today a rep (Gesh) came through to assist. He gave me excellent service and was able to provide valuable insights as to what the issues were (multiple issues). He was able to make the necessary adjustments and fix the issues, mainly caused by incorrect assembly He provided excellent customer service, and if I could rate him, i'd give him 5/5 stars.
