Great After Sales Service

It's unusual to hear positive feedback about after sales service. Typically the comments are mostly negative. In this case, allow me to share a positive experience i had wth CIELO. We purchased 2 x Stormfox Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUP) from https://stormfox.co.za The transaction was easy and the delivery was slick and traceable. We used the board for over 6 months and after heavy use during the festive season of 2022, the boards developed a slight leak at the one seam. The manufacturers warranty (1 year) covered this and i proceeded to log a claim through the Customer Care portal on the website. The portal allows you to enter your invoice numbers and load picture etc. A ticket was opened and i was assigned a Customers Service Agent. I have to say, this is when things ramped up mainly due to the excellent work performed by Pelisa Rqoza. She absolutely knocked it out of the park. She arranged the damaged boards to be collected and inspected. In my case, the boards were replaced, and was shipped back to me. I, in error, shipped my entire SUP kit back to the factory, which contained my paddle, fin, pump. Pelisa arranged for my goods to be shipped back to me. I want to give a huge thanks to Pelisa, Stormfox and CIELO (which i believe is the holding company), in the manner that they exceeded the customer service experience. Based on the performance of the Stormfox SUP boards, and the super after sales service i received, we are in the process of ordering another 2 boards for the kids.
