Great after sales service
I recently contacted Cielo to complain about dining room chairs purchased 2 years ago. The chairs just started breaking, and after 3 out of 6 chairs broke I contacted Cielo. They arranged to have the chairs collected and provided me with store credit so that I can replace it with items of my choice. The agent who assisted me (Vuyo) was really great during the whole process.
