Great after sale service

The after sale service I received from Dayyana Jaffa was just the best. I buy online from Cielo and the service is always the best...but what confirmed Cielo for me is the fact that even when there are problems after the sale has been made the service is just as best. I personally will never forget the compassionate, patient, problem solving approach and speedily way that Dayyana Jaffa handled my matter. I didn't have to call and ask what's going on because she called me all the time to update me. There was never a moment I didn't know what's happening. Moreover she's very smart and a solution seeker. She didn't struggle to understand what I was trying to articulate and she listened with compassion and patience and quickly came up with favorable solutions. I didn't feel ignored.
