Good service received from customer service agent (Sune Nel)
I have received good service from Sunel who assisted with sending technicians to assist me with the Umbrella that was giving problems. The Umbrella is now fine. Thank you so much Sunel. I think Cielo should in future consider deliver and assembling of goods that the customer buys
