Good Service- Even when a live needed changing

We took advantage of the Cielo sale and bought an electric Ossian recliner chair and a dual manual Ossian couch set. On arrival we noticed the dual couch had a depression in the right side armrest. Made contact, sent them a photo. Four days later it was collected, and three weeks later a new set arrived. Great service on initial purchase as well as the return.
