Good customer support
We bought 2 nice and big relaxing lounge chairs - I nearly fell asleep in the one in the shop. Slightly hesitantly because we were from a different town. We received them after we returned home and found one had a missing bracket. After photos were sent to customer support, the missing bracket was delivered and the chairs look and work 100%.
