Good Customer Service
Because I have yet to sleep in my new Natalia Daybed and Trundle, I can not honestly write about the comfort of the bed and mattresses yet. However, I must say the customer service is commendable. Angelo and Alfonso and came back after the first attempt to assemble my daybed and they discovered that some *****s were not in the packaging. They saved me time and anxiety without having to wait from the company to deliver another trundle. That is good customer service. I will visit their store again.
