So I ordered a set of cast iron pots. The order came earlier than expected and I was over the moon. Unfortunately, it was the wrong colour. Same day the package arrived, I sent an email through to after sales and thats how I met Pelisa. The very next day, she received my worrying email, she sprung to action and organised that a swap is possible. Spoke to her on Friday and on Monday before midday, the driver was at my gate!
