Frustrating Service Delivery
I bought a Vancouver queen bed base & when delivered there were missing pieces & no manual & no *****s. Not only do they not assemble it but following up of this been a complete nightmare. Customer service not helpful I now have to wait an entire week for the assemble kit because there are too busy for me. If I don’t call no communication is received
