Friendly service
I had an issue with a chair that I had bought & really had no hope that the query will be resolved having to submit everything online. I got to interact with Whitney at customer service who was very efficient & friendly & assisted in getting the issue sorted. She followed up & the matter was resolved speedily. The staff at the warehouse were also very friendly & helpful
