********** tactics to avoid return of wrong product delivered

I have had the worst experience with Cielo I wish I had read these review before purchasing. I bought a Fransesco patio couch set, x2 Nevada patio dining chairs and 2 Atlantic pool loungers - all stone colour supposedly. The products eventually delivered have different shades of stone colour rattan and are a mistmatching mess. They were first delivered in dribs and drabs. First came the loungers and dining chairs. I removed the products from the box but did not unwrap the plastic wrapping. Later came the couches and I realised I cannot keep them altogether due to differing shades. I now want to return part of the order, the glaringly different two nevada dining chairs which are still plastic wrapped but Cielo refuses to come collect because I discarded the box which was taking up half my patio due to the fact it had contained the loungers as well. I could not just keep it lying there while waiting for the patio chairs which were part of the order as well. Absolutely appalling ********** tactics by this crowd. DO NOT trust them at all. They are basically escaping taking back 2 chairs (10% of total order value) due to original mega box being absent. They still are wrapped as delivered. What a *****.
