Faulty Chair

I have ordered an office chair online from Cielo. I was unable to assemble it as the components were misaligned. I have made contact with Cielo and was dealing with Renuschka Erasmus, Customer Service Agent. She was very helpful and Cielo has come to collect the faulty chair and sent delivered an assembled chair back to me within good time. Thank you Renuschka for continued communication and to management. The chair was delivered and well wrapped and I could see care has been taken in securing the chair from any delivery damage.
