Fantastic Response Client Service

I have been very impressed with the response to a mistake on my delivery. One of the bar stools delivered required assembly. However, it had two left legs and could not be assembled. Mistakes happen. It is how the company responds to the problem. After notifying the support agent about the issue, the matter was resolved in a friendly, polite and efficient manner. Problem solved and within hours.
