Extremely poor customer service

A Hudson Couch and mirror for delivery in Gordons Bay and a boxing bag for delivery to Bedfordview were purchased from Cielo on the 17 December 2025 from Cielo Somerset West. We were initially quoted 14 to 21 day delivery. We were contacted by Mathew on the 23 December 2025 to say our delivery was on its way. He confirmed this to my wife when she exchanged a throw which had sun damaged from the store. My boxing bag and gloves were delivered to Bedfordview but not the sleeper couch. I find it totally unacceptable that the delivery did not take place as we made arrangement based on these undertaking. I will never buy from Cielo in Somerset West
