Extremely poor and careless service
I am entirely out of energy at this point.
I ordered this bar char at the Cielo in Table Bay in mid-June. It only arrived today, 3 August, and the box was so damaged with holes at the bottom. When I take the contents out, I realize there are missing pieces so I cannot assemble the chair I have so long been waiting for.
After going back and forth for over a month, begging for what I paid for, this is what I receive.

03 Aug 2022, 17:25Mind you, I ordered two of them at different times. The first one arrived and it was faulty, it's not adjustable. I forgave them for that because I was already doing a back-and-forth with them. Now, I regret it because that was me accepting such poor service.
